This doesn't take to long. Because there are like 15 waves in Arcadefight (only if you finish the match), and it only takes 20 minutes, I recommend doing that. This is because it takes 7 min. to do a solo firefight and only 5 waves in that frame of time. When you have 4 people, it'll go by WAYYY faster.

Load up ONI sword base on normal, skip past all of the enemies untill you get to the garage/Hangar with the locator, then back up into the garage with the locator to get a checkpoint. Once you get it, point it at the biggest group of enemies you see and pull the trigger. Reload checkpoint as necessary. To make it faster, call in the airstrike BEFORE you get the checkpoint so it will already be active when you get the checkpoint. If done right, this challenge will be done in under 3 minutes.
Playing firefight would NOT be faster. Firefight lasts 7 mins on solo and 15 mins on co -op. Usually, you cant even get all 180 kills on solo, so thats 15 mins either way. It takes you under 3 minutes to do it this way once you know how to do it.
Maybe you just want to get a challenge and get off. Maybe you don't want to spend 15 minutes. Regardless, it would be pointless to tip a blatantly obvious way to do this... "Play firefight to get other challenges too." Really? I didn't think of that. It's better to post an out-of-the-box tip...

Rocketfight’s usually a good one here, especially since they often up the amount of Elites you get, particularly in the Bonus Round. Fiesta Attack gave a lot more Elites than I’d seen before, but only about 25, and I think there are about 25 in 2x Score Attack too, so two games should give you all the Elites you need.
