You have a couple options for this. Living Dead can make this pretty easy as all you have to do is get 5 shotgun kills in one life and that's 3 Sprees right there. Another more unique option, if you aren't as good with Killing Sprees, is to go for Bro Slayer and get Spawn Sprees. You could also get a few Sprees in Grifball if you are fairly good at that.
